Palm Avenue Detox is a clinically managed 22-bed detoxification (withdrawal management) program serving men, women, trans and non-binary adults experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring behavioral health disorders in San Mateo County. The average length of stay is typically five days or longer depending on medical necessity.
